Under this paid lease, the new homeowner will be granted the same production guarantees, and NRG will continue to monitor the system. The savings provided in reduced electric bills is significant. August 2019 electric bill was $89.11 and September electric bill was $69.71 because of this solar system.

Solar panel system will be reinstalled once the new roof is completed in the middle of February 2020. The roof replacement was not associated with any leaks, but only because some of the shingles blew off in the wind. Payoff of solar system was completed by owner for $16,000. New roof and sun lights are being completed by owner for $16,000. This investment, prior to sale, provides the new owner with peace of mind and significant reduction of monthly electricity costs.
